History:

Animals noted in the garden cliffs since 2007, since this date a number of animals have been seen, including juveniles . It is estimated in 2011 that there is 12 animals of both sexes.

 
Ecological impact:

It is believed that the lizards occupy an ecological niche, with little chance of their distribution expanding far. The nearest recorded native reptiles are around a kilometre from the site, so any passing of pathogens seems unlikely.

 
Habitat:

Pavilion Cliff Gardens. Based on a seaside front garden and cliff which is maintained with traditional walled shrub beds, and surrounding gardens. The gardens are typical 1950s construction with concrete rough blocks and sand stone walls.
